AxG AI Store Sales Assistant ("the Service"), operated by Axelsson Graphics ("we", "us", or "our"), processes only the data required to provide accurate storefront sales and support assistance:
- Merchant & Store Configuration: Store domain, brand title, currency, language preference, widget styling, and support contact channels.
- Public Product Catalog Data: Product titles, descriptions, URLs, prices, variant options, stock availability, and image URLs used for real-time product recommendations and Agentic Commerce discovery.
- 2-Factor Order Lookup Verification: When a shopper explicitly requests order tracking in the chat widget, the Service verifies both the Order ID and matching billing email address before returning fulfillment status and carrier tracking links.
- Chat Interaction & ROI Logs: Session messages, product card clicks, and cart additions stored in isolated per-store collections to provide merchant analytics and conversation insights.
2. How We Use Information
Data is processed exclusively to deliver and improve the Service for the merchant's storefront:
- Answering shopper questions 24/7 with verified catalog, stock, and order tracking data.
- Facilitating visual product search ("Search by Photo") and voice input transcription.
- Providing conversion metrics, ROI attribution, and unanswered question insights to the store owner.
We NEVER sell, rent, or share merchant or shopper data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
3. EU Infrastructure & Zero Model Training
All AI inference, WebSocket streaming, and database storage run on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) in europe-west3 (Frankfurt, Germany / EU). Enterprise API calls use strict zero-data retention for foundational model training — neither Google nor Axelsson Graphics trains public AI models on your private store data.
4. Mandatory GDPR Webhooks & Data Deletion
Our platform implements automated HMAC-verified GDPR compliance webhooks:
customers/data_request: Exports any stored interaction records associated with a customer request.customers/redact: Permanently purges customer-specific interaction records upon request.shop/redact: Automatically deletes merchant configurations and logs following app uninstallation.
