2. Description of Service

AxG AI Store Sales Assistant is an AI-powered conversational sales concierge and customer support app built for Shopify storefronts via official Shopify Theme App Extensions and GraphQL APIs. The Service provides real-time product recommendations, interactive product carousels, visual photo search, voice input, 2-factor Shopify order tracking, and optional AI-to-AI Agentic Commerce endpoints (axg-agentic-commerce/1.0).

3. Shopify Billing API, 30-Day Free Trial & Cancellation

All subscription tiers — Bronze (€9.99/month), Silver (€29.99/month), and Gold (€99.00/month) — include a 30-day free trial with zero setup fees and no lock-in period. All recurring charges are billed exclusively through the official Shopify Billing API. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time directly within your Shopify Admin or by uninstalling the Application, without penalty or notice period.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

• Not use the Service to transmit unlawful, deceptive, or harmful content.
• Ensure your storefront privacy notice informs visitors about AI-assisted chat support.

5. Availability & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we engineer for 99.9% availability and strict zero-hallucination guardrails grounded in your Shopify catalog, Axelsson Graphics shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from third-party service interruptions or automated chat responses.
